Government of Montenegro order for winter equipment 2022/2023
Order on the time period and the road, i.e. road sections where the use of winter tires is mandatory
Based on Article 132 paragraph 5 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 33/12, 58/14, 14/17 and 66/19), the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to the previously obtained opinion of the Ministry of Capital Investments, it brought:
ORDER ON THE TIME PERIOD AND THE ROAD REGARDING ROAD SECTIONS ON WHICH THE USE OF WINTER TIRES IS MANDATORY
Article 1
The road, i.e. the parts of the road on which the use of winter tires is mandatory for all motor vehicles, in the period from November 15, 2023 to April 1, 2024, regardless of whether there are winter conditions on that road, are: (shown in photo)
